Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 year(s) of experience in Teaching or instruction in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation or industrial establishment in the appropriate fields; supervising or administering a training program; development or reviewing of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc; work in the occupation or subject matter field of the position to be filled.
OR BA/BS Degree in Project Management, Higher Education or Government ManagementAbility to work independently and in virtual team environments.
Presents oral and written materials reporting the formulation of concepts, proposals, and recommendations for course design.
Ability to maintain high levels of creativity, visualization, and quality.
Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power PointMS Teams, Zoom, Articulate, DOI TalentDuties:
Create, outline, and implement a holistic program for Water/Wastewater operators within the Parks Facility Management Division (PFMD) to effectively manage water/wastewater operator requirements for certifications, recruitment and retention, and training.
Collaborates with members of the human resources, training communities, park managers, key individuals, stake holders in identified program field(s), and organization both inside and outside the NPS.
Determines and defines complex issues crossing functional and organizational boundaries.
Develops and recommends course of action achieving workforce developmental goals.
50%Develop and manage a project plan for curriculum development, schedule, tracking progress, reporting, troubleshooting etc.
Work with subject matter experts, National Park Service and United States Public Health Service to create and develop learning opportunities and training content.
Trainings may be in person, online, interactive, internet-based, blended, asynchronous, or synchronous.
35%Performs professional trainer, facilitation, and other instructional duties.
Participates in development, conversion of raw subject matter into effective learning activities, revision, evaluation, delivery and presentation of subjects and courses for the programs.
Prepare job aides and training and testing materials to enhance and assure student understanding and mastery.
Assess student performance.
10%Monitor overall course effectiveness through appropriate field inquiries and feedback.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
