Business Analyst II

This position is part of the IT Global Operations team supporting the Distribution & Logistics business group and related systems.
This includes systems such as Manhattan Warehouse Management System, DSI dcLink, TRAX and Oracle Enterprise One (E1) ERP system.
These systems are critical to the daily operation of the business in terms of order fulfillment and shipment delivery.
This team and position are highly visible where there will be ample opportunities to collaborate with the business at high levels.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to assist the team in various capacities, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and support.
ResponsibilitiesTriage of support tickets and follow up with end usersParticipate in requirements gathering and design workshopsDocument business requirements and business process flowsFacilitate requirement clarifications for the development teamsDevelop high level design and coordinate with development teamManage small enhancements including:
cost, schedule, scope, quality and deliveryCoordinate changes requiring infrastructure team involvementConfigure E1, Precision Trax and WMS systems to meet business requirementsDevelop SCI (Cognos) reports using SQL and business modelCreate and execute test scripts, capture defects, verify fixes and report updatesPerform functional, end-to-end, regression, and smoke testingConfiguration and support of pack station equipment and RF scannersTroubleshoot issues, identify problems and develop practical solutionsSupport change management processesDocument and publish release notesDevelop training material and train business users on new system functionality and/or process changesProvide floor support to end users during major incidents and during quarter endContribute to knowledge repositoryMinimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field of study, or High school diploma with 5 years of IT experience.
Minimum Experience :
2 years of software development, systems engineering, industrial engineering or related experience.
Will accept Master's degree with less experience as an equivalent alternative.
Required Knowledge :
2-3 years of experience with end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) related activities and deliverables 2-3 years of experience in ERP systems, preferrably E1 (JDE) or SAP Inventory module, including Inventory Configuration, Pick Pack Ship processes, Purchase Order processes, and Intercompany processes.
2-3 years of experience with testing enterprise software and understanding of testing methodology 1-2 years of experience with technologies and processing environments used to support the Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) process, such as Warehouse Mgmt, Transportation Mgmt and Order Mgmt systems; experience with Manhattan WMOS, DSI dcLINK and Precision/Trax is preferred.
1-2 years of experience working with Integration technologies and systems, such as XML, webMethods or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM) 1-2 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL Familiarity with HP Quality Center for defect tracking & reporting Familiarity with at least one of the following systems:
Oracle Enterprise One (E1), TRAX, Manhattan WMOS 2010, DSI dcLink 7.
7 Familiarity with Reporting Tools is preferredSoft Skills:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
