Financial Analyst
Our client, a global, science-led biopharmaceutical business, is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a 6 month assignment with potential to extend.
Candidate needs to be local to Frederick MD.

Monday - Friday - 8AM-5PM Pay:
$30-35/hour - Based on experience POSITION
Summary:
Assist with account analysis and invoice reconciliation Provide timely and accurate budget and forecast information With the ability to interface with various levels and organizations throughout Frederick Manufacturing Center (FMC) Prepare month-end close accruals for utilities and open purchase orders Provide monthly reporting on purchase order and actual vs budget activity Provide financial data inputs for reporting departmental metrics (KPI-Key Performance Indicators) Process utilities and catering billing through Ariba iBuy Track utilities activity via excel Assist with the development of Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) for the department Generate new vendor set up and provide support Requirements:
Bachelors Degree 3-5 years of experience with strong budgeting analysis, forecasting, and reporting Thorough understanding of SAP and Business System Alignment (TrackWise, AZDoc, iBuy, iSave, ePay) Ability to administer F&E SharePoint and Box sites Biopharma industry experience is preferred Important information:
