The Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for insurance verification for Primary and Secondary Insurances including Levels of Care assigned during patients stay. In addition, the Revenue Insurance Verification Specialist will verify patients ICU status in HCS and reconcile the payment received with HCS's Balance.

Qualifications
Formal Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Skill Requirements
Must have experience working with insurance companies, and have extensive knowledge of different types of coverage and policies.
Must possess exceptional organizational, time management, communication and telephone skills.
Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to work in the inpatient registration system, Excel and Microsoft Word.
