Job Title of Opening: Business Analyst (Healthcare)
In a consulting environment meet with client IT and user management in order to
gather requirements pertaining to development of EDI applications for the health
care industry consistent with AHM 250 and HIPPA standards (AHM250 refers
to the evaluation of healthcare delivery and financing with HMO, PPO, POS,
managed care and government sponsor programs e.g. Medicaid & Medicare)
that will operate in a secure and robust manner. From requirements design
software and technical specifications that meet client requirements leading to
development of the SOW (Statement of Work). Prepare business requirements
documents (high level) and technical (low level) specifications utilizing Viso
and Rally (these are tools used to create business flow charts, sequence and
class diagrams; object model in order to ensure development is rational and
orderly). Utilize X12 Parser to analyze HIPPA mandated EDI format files in order
to analyze data to write and design requirements. Monitor the full development
cycle to ensure development proceeds in accordance with SOW, and client
expectations. Transfer the delivered software to testing staff and monitor testing.
Deploy software to client's existing environment. Participate in integration and
migration of data.
Requires a Master's Degree in Information Resource Management and 1 year
experience.
Salary: $70,928 per Year Job Site: Frederick, MD

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
