Account Resolution Specialist


The position of Account Resolution Specialist primarily focuses on the handling of escalated account issues that are prioritized due to difficulty in breadth and/or scope. Individuals on the Account Resolution team are also called upon to conduct research, contact customers regarding resolution of issues, and follow up on any outstanding issues in a consistent fashion. The Account Resolution team investigates and resolves account issues to improve customer relations while protecting company profits. The Account Resolution team also oversees routine account maintenance including, but not limited to, order cancellations, order returns, paid in full accounts, and instrument maintenance agreements.


  • Investigate and correct account discrepancies, billing concerns, rental order exceptions.
  • Reconcile and correct accounts with various billing and inventory issues that may originate from system or user error.
  • Respond to incoming escalated billing requests and inquiries.
  • Additional duties as assigned

To join our band, you'll need the following
Experience:


Minimum Experience/Knowledge/Skills


  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field (equivalent experience substitutable)
  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and billing principals
  • Intermediate understanding of traditional and online retail transactions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
