Technical Services Consultant (MSP) This is an opportunity to join a top ranked MSP in the greater Maryland area.
We are headquartered in MD but have offices throughout the nation.
Our service offerings include cyber security, cloud computing, professional services, and managed services.
We are looking for a well-rounded individual to consult, implement and manage a wide variety of solutions.
The ideal Technical Services Consultant is someone who is considered a jack of all trades as you will be working with a diverse technical stack to customize solutions to our clients.
This is a client-facing role and requires a high level of professionalism and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical C-levels.
Technical Services Consultant (MSP)
Responsibilities:
Provide technical project consulting and comprehensive IT support for a variety of business clients Consult with end users and manage back-end systems.
Plan, execute and deploy computer, server and cloud solutions.
Implement network and printer reconfigurations.
Provide VoIP deployment, firewall management, virus/malware cleanup and end user help desk support.
Configure and install various computer and Windows servers Migrate O365 & G-Suite Azure build outs and migrations Virtualization via Hyper-V or VMware (Configuring new infrastructure and completing P2V migrations) Technical Services Consultant (MSP) Job Requirements and
Qualifications:

years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED Experience consulting clients providing recommendations on their infrastructure needs Knowledge/experience with VMware virtual environments Experience with Microsoft 365 (migrations, administration) Hands-on experience with ISP/router/firewall management.
Microsoft certifications preferred, specifically Azure, Intune and Power BI.
Experience with ConnectWise Manage and RMM preferred Technical Services Consultant (MSP)
