Cases:
B+B (Outpatient - Mon-Fri) & Peds.
No OB, No Neuro/Heads & No Hearts.
All Medically Supervised.
No autonomous CRNA practice.
Supervision:

No Call.
6 ORs & 1 Procedure Room.
Paper Charting with iPro.
Credentialing:
30 - 60 Days.
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
