Our specialized Mobile Guarding division delivers affordable security solutions to clients who do not require dedicated service.
We are currently conducting a search for a Vice President of Sales for the Mobile Division.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic candidate who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
Based in Frederick, Maryland, the VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales excellence and to assure the Division's sales performance is aligned with the companys strategy.
This is a national position and will require 50% travel.
The Mobile Vice President of Sales will:
Lead a team of 15 sales professionals.
Recruit, hire, develop and manage the day to day activity of the sales team and sales operations.
Develop, coach, manage and support each sales rep to achieve their goals.
Outline and manage sales budgets and goals.
Provide detailed sales forecasting.
Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans/strategies to achieve sales goals.
Develop and manage sales processes, tools, and metrics to ensure that the sales team is operating efficiently and effectively.
Cultivate a culture of motivation, success and professional development.
Review customer activity, improve customer satisfaction, and cross functionally sell Mobile products with other divisions within the company.
Drive growth by creating market demand, developing prospect and buyer-level strategies, and ultimately delivering new revenue.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
5 years of experience in a direct B2B sales and sales management role.
Experience leading an outside sales team with aggressive cold call and sales funnel expectations, including coaching teams to meet the expected minimum cold call generations.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
A successful sales management history that can be documented and verified.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in the Salesforce platform.
Depending on experience the salary will range from $130k to $150k, plus a monthly $1,000 car allowance and a bonus opportunity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
