As part of our team:
You'll be a critical link between customers and our in house installation teams, constantly helping with scheduling and logistics while providing clear guidance on what's critical and what to expect.
You will communicate crucial details from our customers to ensure a smooth day for our installers and a happy customer.

Typical Duties Provide outstanding customer service through interactions with homeowners over phone and email Respond to and resolve basic customer service issues and invoice adjustments Answer questions about what to expect with our install services, about financial incentives, and FAQs Update internal database with critical details and special requests from homeowners Answer incoming calls and emails requesting services for new customers Outbound calling to follow up on requests from new customers for Energy Audit, HVAC Service, and Insulation Services Assist with customer invoicing and collecting payments Assist with contracting schedule maintenance Benefits Salaried Position ($40k - $50k Per Year) Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (2 weeks/yr to Start) 50% Paid Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
