Triage RN - Frederick Health Medical Group - Orthopedics - Part-time

The Triage RN performs clinical support duties for a group of Frederick Health Medical Group Health Care Providers.
Collaborates with medical assistants/LPNs, Care Coordinators and hospital staff using a team based approach to achieve improved outcomes for patients.
The nurse will ensure all aspects of Population Health Management are addressed in a timely manner.
S/he will review all incoming test results and work with the rest of the health care team to address all medical concerns and help facilitate transition of care through the health care system as necessary.
The Triage Nurse reports directly to the Clinical Manager and receives minimal supervision from M.

This position will focus on processing electronic prescription refills and prior authorizations to support provider tasks and phone calls from patients.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
