Client Services Assistant

This position will be hybrid - remote/in office.
Summary:
Support Client Services team - including Client Services manager, Program/Project management team and Order management with daily administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Attend operation calls and answer external customer calls as representative of STULZ with proper follow-up directives Attend and answer internal calls as representative for Client Services team Dictate meeting minutes as deemed necessary with proper follow-up Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company/Client services team Create, maintain and update project tracking systems- Trello, Excel, MS Project Input data into 3rd party sites- i.
e.
Compass - client requirement for project close-out Assist in the preperation of regularly scheduled reports - external and internal requirements Provide general support to client/visitors Prioritize emails and follow-up Order confirmations & scheduling tasks Documentation support General office/clerical duties as assigned by Client Services Manager
Qualifications:
Experience with Customer Service, Order Processing, and Logistics/Shipping.
SAP experience preferred.
Analytical computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) as well as Trello Strong administrative and organizational skills Must be able to work independently Education/
Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Associates degree or higher preferred 1-3 years experience as office assistant or related field Type 40 WPM or more Recommended Skills Analytical Communication Coordinating Customer Service Logistics Operations Ms Project Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
