As a Senior Business Analyst on the NVR team, you will contribute your design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help us better understand our customers' needs and then prioritize work, adjust business processes, and build systems - ultimately achieving the anticipated ROI and improving our customers' experience. Utilize an advanced understanding of customer needs, as well as our business vision and strategy, to execute key initiatives. Establish and monitor key business outcomes for each initiative. Collaborate. While your role is as an individual contributor, you will need to work well with other team members in order to excel in your position. Lead and manage projects. Communicate with internal customers and be able to present information in a non-technical manner. Prepare the business for the new process/product changes and arm them with tactics and metrics for adoption. Troubleshoot and support ad hoc requests received from colleagues. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & Logistics, Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
