Dutieso Serve as Assistant Program Manager responsible for managing new systems through advanced development, production and fielding.o Analyze the impact that contemplated budget revisions and proposed adjustments may have upon projects and take positive action to minimize adverse effects.o Review and evaluates data relating to short- and long-term technical management, financial objectives and requirements to keep abreast of program progress and anticipated problems.o Oversee coordination between assigned program(s) and other systems.o Maintain direct channel communications with system users and the user community.o Exercise management control of all functional inputs to the programRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.o Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.o One year trial/probationary period may be required.o You will be required to provide proof of U.SCitizenship.o This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.o Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at Practitioner in the Acquisition Career Field Program Management within 60 months of entrance on duty.o The duties of this position require submission of, on an annual basis, OGE 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.o Business travel required up to 15% of the time.o This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employmentQualifications Who May Apply:

Experience:
One year of specialized experience is defined as:
